Hey there! I'm Marissa! I'm a senior Animation Major with a Studio Art Drawing Minor at Bradley University, and will be graduating in mid May. I grew up in Wisconsin, where I developed a passion for writing, drawing, and animation. Some of my biggest inspirations when it comes to animation are movies like How to Train Your Dragon, Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse and the old Disney classics. I've always loved the storytelling aspect of animation, and believe it is a fantastic, versatile medium that can be incredibly impactful when done well.
I specialize in 2D animation (especially frame by frame) but am also well-versed in creating and utilizing 2D rigs, though I have done some 3D modeling as well. I have proficient knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Animate, Premiere, and After Effects, and have working knowledge in ToonBoom Harmony, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Media Encoder and Cinema 4D.
